Warranty Policy

Below, you’ll find the details of our warranty policy, created to give you peace of mind and make your experience with Liteyear Golf as enjoyable as possible.

Warranty Coverage

Liteyear Golf warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, customers must provide proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Liteyear Golf or our authorized retailers. Purchases from third-party resellers or unauthorized sources are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations. Examples of exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, or abrasions resulting from regular use.
  • Staining, fading, or discoloration due to environmental exposure.
  • Damage caused by improper care, unauthorized modifications, or accidental impact.
  • Loss or theft of any part or accessory.

Liteyear Golf’s warranty does not cover replacement or repair of consumable components such as grips or straps unless deemed defective at the time of purchase.

Warranty Service

  • If your Liteyear Golf product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the one-year warranty period, we’re here to help.

Repair Service: We will repair the defective item at no charge if it falls under the warranty coverage.

Replacement: If a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with a new one of the same or similar model at our discretion.

Please note that customers are responsible for providing their own packaging when returning items under warranty. Liteyear Golf does not cover shipping costs for international repairs or replacements.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@liteyeargolf.com with the subject line: “Warranty Claim”

Include the following details in your email:

Your full name and contact information (email and phone number).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt photo).

A description of the issue with your product.

Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

Your shipping address for the return or replacement.

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review your case and respond promptly. We may request additional details to ensure a thorough evaluation. The resolution of your claim is at the discretion of Liteyear Golf.

This warranty policy is subject to change. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage. Any updates to our warranty policy will be communicated transparently.
